Sketch

I was reading an article at office the other day. It was something about happiness and how people should regularly envision their ideal life and picture their future...

I picked up my pen naturally and begin to sketch, something I've not done in a very long time. I ended up sketching this:

That's me and Boonyee-old and wrinkly with our diva sunglasses on, taking a nap by a quiet beach. The sun is about to set, and we are accompanied by our dogs-one German Shepherd, one Husky or Malamute, and one Golden Retriever/Maltese/Shiba Inu.

I kinda like this picture.

HRH Nail Studio

Sereen, a high school friend of mine has recently expanded her business. Her latest venture? Pedicure & Manicure services!

I whipped out my rusty graphic designing skill when she asked me to design her company logo and promotional materials. Honestly, I enjoyed this project. Though tedious, it was worth while.

And... that's not all. I asked Sereen if she's willing to offer Mainestage readers some goodies, and without hesitance, she said yes!

Quality Time With Friends

It's been a long time since I hanged out with my dear music making buddies. Thank you Sh'n and family for hosting this dinner, and compliments to the chef-Sh'n papa for whipping out a superb dinner! Fried wantan, specialty popiah (with sauce), braised duck, pepper salt chicken, yee sang (I missed it), claypot salted pork etc... and omg, I love love love the rice! So fluffy and nice! Heheh! I kinda miss the food now :(

Had a good night, though I didn't stay too long. But quality is more important than quantity right? :D
